My quick protein meal is protein wraps. Get those protein tortillas, stuff with chicken for a quick and cheap meal, cooked bison if you're extravagant. Add veggie toppings as you please, then top with a sauce of your choice. I recommend BBQ

Sorry for the late response I've been busy. Yes I absolutely advise doing body weight exercises as well. There are tons of tiny little areas of the arm that get worked out doing stuff like push-ups that you wouldn't get with a strict benchpress movement. I also recommend you do diamond push-ups. Basically use your hands to make a diamond them do push-ups. That works your chest and triceps. Also do different grips on benchpress to work your triceps and chest. Wide grip helps with chest more, close grip worms on triceps.
Another thing that helped me alot was military press and dumbell inclines. Military press if you are unaware is just standing straight up and pushing a bar from your chest to above your head. DB incline is laying on a inclined surface, usually a bench, and doing the same movement, making sure to touch the dumbells to your shoulders when going down and touching the dumbells together when you go up.
Definitely just keep up the work man! You're lucky to be at the stage where gains will come pretty fast. If you ever need help or advice with anything just let me know, I'm happy to help. I would recommend 5 days a week at most. Personally I do 4, just because my football team does it that way. We do Monday Tuesday alternating legs and upper body, then off day Wednesday. Thursday Friday is the same deal, alternate muscle groups. You definitely should rest after every workout. Make sure you consoom plenty of protein after lifting as well as 1 and a half to 2 gallons of water daily
