Give him a Torah and see what he does with it.

You're very lucky if the condo has free weights. Start light and make sure you get the form right before going heavy because your muscles shrink faster than your ego does. Remember, lifting weights is really controlling weights.

Don't do overhead press until you have the joint mobility for it, or your back will hurt just enough to scare you and you will think it's because you're doing deadlifts wrong. Do something else for shoulders.

I don't recommend doing cardio in the gym. It is boring. Go outside and run or ride your bike or something.

Back day tomorrow. I'll dedicate a set of pullups to this article.

She'd rather quit than get mogged by the beautiful Russian ovas, inas and skayas.

Well done. But, can you deadlift a feminist?

>All players wear yellow wristbands

>Opposing team is intimidated

It's that easy

Came here to post this. Any kind of qualifiers in the headline means you are reading fake news. May have, might have, could have, means they found somebody who said "I mean, nobody's ever seen the Chief of Police at a KKK meeting but it's not like we watch everything he does in his free time so I guess it's not impossible."

Also, a question mark in the headline means it's pure speculation and should be ignored. And "Scientists say (shocking claim)" means they are greatly exaggerating the scientists' findings, a practice for which even scientists mock journalists.

It is also worth noting that the slave trade within Africa continues to exist to this day, over a century after White people lost interest, and have even made attempts to put a stop to it.

"I let my 12-year-old son go to school in a dress" seems more likely, but still that would be extremely bad judgement on the parent's part. Parents are supposed to be there to say no when their child's not-fully-developed brain thinks a bad idea is a good idea.

I sent my 12 year old son to school in a dress

How the fuck does a parent think this is a good idea? What could they possibly expect to happen, besides the kid losing all his friends, possibly getting beaten up, and being remembered forever as the dress boy? I can't even imagine what was "supposed" to happen being plausible in an insane but well-meaning leftist parent's head. This is child abuse.

Yes yes and yes. Remember, you are always posting physique in real life.

Somebody who claims their ideas of how society should be run are relevant, better show that he at least has good enough judgement to take care of the one body he has most control over.

Those who say things like " u/#soyjack it's OK to be weak" want YOU to be weak. Think about it.

Side note: Today was leg day. I'm almost as strong again as I was "back in my day." Also, Jefferson deadlifts are lots of fun.

It was my fault. I sort-of won.

>Middle school

>There's this one kid that talks shit to everyone, always trying to start a fight

>He's talking shit to one of my friends

>I said something that is stupid in pretty much every possible context

>"You're just mad at the world because your dad's in prison"

>He turns to me and throws the hardest punch he can at my head

>I dodge it, but his fist grazes the side of my face and my ear

>Push him to the ground

>I could have followed and broken my knuckles on his face and gotten expelled

>Chose to say I'm sorry I shouldn't have said that. I meant it. I still feel bad that I said it.

>He gets up, still mad, saying "Don't ever talk about my daddy"

>Nobody got hurt and nobody got in trouble.

>Found out later his dad actually was in prison

I just realized the whole logic behind sourcing is basically "Somebody else said it so it must be true."

Former Atheist here. That was nowhere near the best part. The best part was asking a pastor why God needs Federal Reserve Notes in front of my parents, and watching him fumble through a bullshit answer. Totally worth all the trouble I got in for it.

The pastor was on the local news years later. Turns out, he was embezzling donations. In that moment, I was euphoric and my I-told-you-so's blocked out the sun.

That's nice of them. Will they give back the tax money that was diverted to pay for their stadiums, so it can be used to improve underresourced communities?

Didn't think so.

Danny Wuerffel was too good for these hypocrites.

I watched it growing up. Now, if you asked me to name 3 NFL players, I'd get stuck after Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes.

The claimed health benefits of red wine come from this antioxidant called resveratrol, which does appear in red wine. It's good for the heart or something. When they found that out, a whole bunch of headlines said "Science™ says red wine is good for you u/#soyjack " and it became a meme. The supplement industry started selling resveratrol supplements and claiming it does all kinds of good things, with no facts to back it up so they made it even more of a meme.

Know what else has resveratrol? Grapes. Just eat grapes and it does everything wine does. Cherries, blackberries and blueberries, too.

If you want to drink wine in moderation just because you like it, that's fine. Don't lie to yourself and say it's especially good for your health, though.

He is addicted to attention. Your family is right that he's running a publicity stunt. When people stop talking about this one, he will do something even more outrageous. When people lose interest completely and just stop talking about him altogether, 41%.
