Not sure what this sheboon is talking about. I teach at night at an international college. Almost half my students are from Brazil. They are on a spectrum from the whitest of white (think Gisele Bundchen) to the as blickity black as you can get (think Pele but even darker), and every shade in between. Also a lot of Japanese Brazilians in the mix.

The major cities tend to be. But where it's really white in Brazil is in Florianopolis. That's where the Germans fled to in the 1940's. The place has vintage German-style architecture, but with palm trees. Quite the sight to behold.
The further you move up north, the darker it gets in Brazil. Up north is where the slaves got shipped to.

Dude. If you walk the streets of any normal neighborhood in São Paulo you will see almost 80% brown people. Actual whites are a minority, as are actual blacks. This person probably went to a rich shopping center and used that as base for the entire city.
