Why? You would assume that Iraqis would know who is responsible for what was essentially a decades long occupation of their nation. In general, I have found that people from the middle east are usually based when it comes to the jewish problem - much more so than Americans and other westerners.

Invading Iraq may have very well been against Iran in a way. Yes, Iraq was/is an enemy of Iran, but now Iraq is a US military base and kind of a puppet state on Iran's doorstep.
I guess what I'm saying is the justification of the invasion of Iraq was just that -- a casus belli. The reason is something else.

I don't know how much of the movie is fact or fiction, but the thing that came across very clearly is that there are very real cultural differences between the sensibilities between White ethnicities and Semitic (middle eastern) sensibilities.
