Workers against work. It's actually a pretty old leftist trope. This is part of what they mean by "real communism" (and shows that boomers doesn't bother to know anything concise about leftism rather than try to study it).

What happens when a leftist visits socialist R of Hungary, which had less bad economic policies than others in the bloc? Complain that they perpetuated the absurdity of "wage labor" IE paying people for the amount of work done! Tis was in an article I found when searching Workers against Work years back.
