HR is company cancer.

Formerlurker92 64 points ago +64 / -0

Hr protects the company from you. They were never meant to be your friends

HR hiring trannies and ooga boogas and throwing White Male applications in the trash is ultimately bad for the company too, but they deserve it.

TBF, the whole "religious" exemption thing is BS firstly because it requires a judgement call as to whether or not someone's religious beliefs are "sincere" and secondly, because I don't need a religious reason to make a medical decision. Thirdly, it's none of HR's business whether or not you get vaccinated.

32
Sneak_King 32 points ago +32 / -0

Until now, religious exemptions were not supposed to be examined. It was common wisdom to grant the exemption and move on, partly in respect and trust that it wasn't being abused but mostly because there aren't legal guidelines and challenging an exemption could create a guideline onerous to business.

Just like how, until now, it was a massive breach of medical ethics for a medical practitioner to advocate for an elective procedure, which "vaccines" are by definition.

They threw the last remnants of civilization in the garbage for this.

Fabius 3 points ago +3 / -0

This should be the mindset. When you even consider you need an "exemption" you're already on the back foot.

1
Sinhasu 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not really, I'm a man, man-kind, I'm exempted from other man or sub-hueOfaMan bullshit.

1
covok48 1 point ago +1 / -0

Well we wouldn’t need religious exemptions if this shit wasn’t forced on employees now would we?

A third of the workforce would get eliminated, to go be mothers and wives, while productivity went up by roughly 50% with the same average work day. And likely hours would go up.

2
Mystiker 2 points ago +3 / -1

And within 20 years the economy would be booming because all the babies will grow up to be productive working adults. More babies = more economy. It's way better for the economy for women to be making babies instead of working.

Gays. Gays go in HR.

Can confirm. A guy in HR takes skinny jeans to a whole nother level. I don't know how he isn't in pain all day.

Modern (((medical))) "science" has given me zero reasons to trust it. On the other hand, it have given a gorillion reasons NOT to trust it.

I'm just not taking it. It's that simple. Fags can go fuck themselves up the ass with a rusty morning star

Also medical (((science))): Take this untested poison gene therapy, goy, it's SAFE AND EFFECTIVE®™©.

That was the plan all along. To string them as long as you can and hope it will get overturned. Honestly I don’t see the company I work for the same way anymore. #1 employer to work for in the united states. Yeah right. Fuck I just wanna drop out

2
Stuka_Ju87 2 points ago +2 / -0

I've been stringing along my company this whole time with bullshit excuses. They used to ask me weekly but I haven't heard a peep in a few months now.

They said if an onsite client had an issue with me then it would cause an issue for them. But it never happened. Most places don't even check my temperature anymore and I just have to mark off I'm Vaxxed on some Ipad with security at most.

I aslo refuse to wear a mask in my shop. They can fuck off with this bullshit.

And I'm in LA ,CA. One of the most Vax gestapo heavy cities in the USA.

2
bakahed 2 points ago +2 / -0

Same. They would send me scary emails weekly because I refused to provide them with my vaccine status. Got my manager involved and kept bothering me. I’ve been writing about it here and on c/nonewnormal

https://winsocial.co/c/NoNewNormal/p/140InEbNFQ/

I think we need to find a way to stand up for healthcare workers at this point. They’re the ones getting fucked with this bullshit right now and it sucks

The actual post is...well just rather sad. Hope that person gets their shit sorted and life turns around.

But the top comment though? The "I crashed my car going 100 without a seatbelt and all I got was a bruise, can't even kill myself right"? That just embodies reddit in a nutshell lmao

4
leatherbottom 4 points ago +4 / -0

"holier than thou" tone, hahaha. She should proofread her posts.

3
GigaVaxxed 3 points ago +3 / -0

I partially love this vax thing because it’s an instant way to identify chads among the retards. After all the pushing, if you’re still unvaxxed you can hang. Anybody who pulls out ANY excuse is a cuck. I don’t care if your family lives in Canada. I don’t care if you’re an officer in the army. If you are vaxxed you are not cool. Period.
