The Russians and Irish, also the Scots, are known for being very violent and they've been feared for centuries. The Picts are the most notable among these people, they were scots. All of these countries have a high cabbage consumption and always have.

Ah yes, the universally known relationship between russians/irish and cabbage.

Are you retarded? xd

It’s cabbage time

Kings, bake your cabbage in the oven with bacon in it. The entire cabbage tastes of delicious bacon after and it's incredible.

Really any meat with cabbage is great. Put head of cabbage in pot of slow boiling water with a little bit of salt and 3 or so bratwurst, turn the heat down to medium and let cook until cabbage is soft. Delicious. Can add different spices

Wouldn't the cabbage collect all the grease though?

Consume cabbage

The question you should be asking is if we ought to be trusting these "healthy men" at Rockefeller University.

What if perhaps the opposite is true and they are fooling you into becoming more feminine.

🤔

Personally I've liked cabbage my whole life. Cabbage stew and cabbage casserole are good hearty meals. Raw casserole is not bad either. Makes you feel good, refreshing. This confirms for me. I think Rockefeller is just trying to make evil $ off of nature, with the alleged "discovery" of the fancy named indol-3-carbinol they "found".

Take the next step. Read the research. Learn a bit about biology. Collect as much useful data as you can. Make the most rational decision based on this.

It's not that hard. A few search terms and an hour or two later reading original sources and a research paper or two and you will have a reasonable grasp of the basics

They also contain goitrogens which impair thyroid function.

Proper production of thyroid hormone stimulates the hypothalamus, resulting in production of GnRH (gonadotropin-releasing hormone). GnRH then signals the pituitary gland to produce LH (luteinizing hormone). LH signals the testes to produce — you guessed it — testosterone.

Also, youd have to eat a fuck ton to reach 500mg. Might as well just supplement indole-3-carbinol to try it out.

Why not do both?

3
Cj71 3 points ago +3 / -0

You can do what you want. What you will find is that most vegetables have compounds in them that affect humans negatively. Cooking and boiling for long periods of time helps destroy these compounds.

A lot of the benefits of these compounds are due to a hormetic effect, in which a small poison causes the human body to overreact and produce a net positive effect. Some people who are very stressed already, respond poorly to these compounds.

I am not suggesting to do the carnivore diet, but carnivore diet proponents make very good arguments about this. However, look into dietary recommendations by Weston A Price, Ray Peat.

Broccoli helps with boosting test while limiting estrogen. It also fills you up. It's why weight lifters go on a diet of chicken breast and broccoli.

Give me your recipes

here's mine. 5 strips bacon chopped, 1 large onion chopped, 1 red cabbage shredded, 1/2 cup red wine vinegar, 3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup sugar, 5 whole cloves, 5 apples chopped.

Fry the bacon, add onion and sauté until soft, add everything else. Cook until tender (1.5-2 hours.)

It goes great for a Thanksgiving side.
