If you lose weight correctly, it will take months to lose. That's okay. Just keep going. It means you're changing your lifestyle in a meaningful way.

Not really. Stop eating sugar and bread. The weight will MELT off. Eat meat and vegetables like we are supposed to. Shop rite rack of ribs cooked ready to eat, 10 bucks. you can make 3 meals out of it. Shop rite salads are 7 bucks, and it's a whole ass meal. All these stupid fat jigs pile garbage in their gullet all day.

losing weight by just cutting calories and doing cardio is supremely gay and feminine. Literally just lift a lot and organize your diet by macros and nutrients. What, you lose 30lbs so the ladies can see your ribs now? Plus with this method you don't have to deal with weird stretched out skin because the muscle growth will lessen the shrinkage

This could be me coping, but I think if you are genuinely proud of something, and you share it because you are proud, it is different than "farming karma" or "going for internet points". I like seeing the IRL stuff you kings are proud of.

In fact I like it so much that I often forget to upvote, since its influence on me is factors more important to me than your internet points. My mind is distracted wholly by self-centric, the potential of value that I am getting from exposure to your accomplishment.

Early validation will make you more likely to quit too soon. Keep going until you're under 25 BMI, plus some extra to give you room to bulk back. Good luck.

Great work!

You don't need to share it for internet points. You don't need validation from this site.

Be personally proud in this progress. Your choices are the reason you are lowering your weight. You did this.

Remember that when you're overweight or trying to cut, being hungry is the physical manifestation of positive change. Own it like a true Chad, keep it up.

I’ve been hitting the gym myself lately. Just seeing how i can further improve my frame.

Keep it up, your body is present at all times. Hone it and it becomes an invaluable tool, a piece of art, even.
