This Weeks Discussion Theme: Consume Diet

White boy summer is just around the corner! It’s very easy to put on some pounds while taking a vacation or just going out more. Even though many of us will pig out during the summer it’s important to not forget health is wealth and it starts with your diet. This weekly is on dieting for good health, or weight loss and weight management.

Discussion ideas:

  • Why is eating balanced and healthy so hard for many people?
  • What is important in a healthy diet? E.g., portion control, calorie counting, protein to carb ratio etc...
  • Share healthy dieting advice.

Conspiracy, mostly. The food industry has created conditions where the vast majority of people jave to shop through them, and then they load the food with addictive added sugars.

Literally anything is a healthy diet, as long as you GENERALLY watch calories and only eat shit that is real. Vegetables, fruit, meat, homemade bread, etc. If its packaged or has a nutrition label dont eat it. NO NON-NATURAL SUGARS OF ANY KIND. Ignore his California-ness and check out Dr. Robert Lustig.

Fast for a day or two when you start, then just eat breakfasr and dinner. Lunch is largely unnecessary, especially if you are trying to lose weight. I settled on about 800 calorie dinners and 1000 calorie breakfast.
