White boy summer is just around the corner! It’s very easy to put on some pounds while taking a vacation or just going out more. Even though many of us will pig out during the summer it’s important to not forget health is wealth and it starts with your diet. This weekly is on dieting for good health, or weight loss and weight management.

Discussion ideas:

  • Why is eating balanced and healthy so hard for many people?
  • What is important in a healthy diet? E.g., portion control, calorie counting, protein to carb ratio etc...

Also, milk is the ultimate white supremacy drink, since all other races are majority lactose intolerant.

Drink a glass of milk a day to repress the minorities.

Also if you're a scrawny little beanpole, chugging milk and lifting a lot will make you blow the fuck up.

If you're skinny, you're not eating enough. Drinking calories is easier than eating them, and whole milk has a decent ratio of protein/carbs/fat . Hammer on those core barbell lifts and drink multiple 16oz glasses of milk per day, you'll be surprised.

Only raw milk. Unpasteurized milk is terrible. I’ll try to post an elaboration on this if I have time.
