White boy summer is just around the corner! It’s very easy to put on some pounds while taking a vacation or just going out more. Even though many of us will pig out during the summer it’s important to not forget health is wealth and it starts with your diet. This weekly is on dieting for good health, or weight loss and weight management.

Discussion ideas:

  • Why is eating balanced and healthy so hard for many people?
  • What is important in a healthy diet? E.g., portion control, calorie counting, protein to carb ratio etc...

Honestly you don't need to eat any carbs unless you're trying to build huge amounts of muscle. Any carbs you eat should not be sugary, and DO NOT consooom vegetable oil, canola oil, or high-fructose corn syrup. Make your own bread instead. Nuts are also good.

Do a 18:6 hour daily fast and eat large meals with real meats, cheese and veggies and you won't have to worry about portion control.

I'd recommend eating livers, hearts, and other organs of any animal as it's a much more efficient and realistic way of getting essential vitamins and nutrients, and very tasty.

Fasting is definitely more important than eating a particular diet. When you fast, your body burns stored body fat which is a great way of purging any toxins stored there, and your testosterone and HGH increase when you're hungry for long periods of time, which can help with gains and libido.

Tl;dr fast a lot and only eat carbs if you're a lifting legend.

Venison, but most taste the same. Some groceries carry beef hearts if you don't hunt.
