What are your guys’ thoughts on the Christian God Jesus Christ, or the Holy Trinity (3 in 1)? My religious view (as of now) is private. Those who’ve seen my previous posts know that I always post “Thoughts on _____” related to religion.

There is one Being of God, in three divine Persons. Father is not the Son, Son is not the Spirit, Spirit is not the Father. Father is God, Son is God, Spirit is God. Three Persons, one Being.

Doctrine of Trinity comes as a result of us trying to make sense of what God revealed to us in the Bible. It is natural to find it hard to comprehend. We cannot fully understand the nature of God. It is something beyond the grasp of human mind.

It is a hard thing to grasp, like the whole holistic union of 100% man yet 100% God when Christ walked the earth, but like you said God is beyond our comprehension of course

To use a simile: God is like a tree. There are flowers, leaves, wood. All different and distinct and used for a different purpose, but all one.

The historical evidence for Jesus's existence is enough to cause belief in Jesus the man, and the sudden growth in Christianity in the decades after Jesus' death are hard to explain without allowing for the possibility that hundreds of people saw the Risen Jesus. Since coming back life requires Jesus to have supernatural powers, it is therefore rational to believe that what Jesus said and claimed was true- Jesus is God, Jesus is the Son of Man.

People tend to think it is impossible because they can't make an analogy to it, but that's kinda the point. The Lord is a completely unique being, nothing is like him by nature.

Ahayah Asher ahayah, I will be Who I will be. I was, I am, and I will be. ‘I am the sled and the tau’, says sovereign Yahuah, ‘Who is, and who was, and who is yet to come, the Almighty- Rev 1:8 the speaker was Yeshua speaking to John. The trinity is most certainly a pagan spin by men who interpreted the writings. It goes against everything the scriptures taught. This concept was taken from many other pagan religions. To name a few, in Japan the Shinto religion has the phrase ‘San Pao Fuh, this means one deity three forms. Also see, Baal, Semiramis, Tammuz. India Brahma, Shiva, Vishnu. Amon Ra, Isis, Osiris. Zeus, Demeter, Persephone. There are many more. Modern day ‘Christianity’ (even more so Catholicism) is melded with paganism. If you are interested in learning more ‘Fossilized Customs‘ is very much recommend.

The way I see it is that it's not that important to us to understand to be honest. If I had to hypothesize, I'd say that God is less like a being in the sense of how we understand humans as being distinct beings and God is more like an energy source. Think like Star Wars and "the force" is all around us. The Holy Ghost represents this invisible energy force that is God but God is also manifested in the Father and the Son while also being networked together so-to-speak through the Holy Ghost. So the Father and Son are distinct but yet connected as one.
